Abstract
Self management is the basic character of college students. In order to adapt social life in the future, college students must learn to manage themselves in college life by practice, practice their ability of self management, and improve their level of self management. This paper analyzed the characteristics and connotation of college students＇ self management; the factors to influence college students＇ self management. Finally the useful ways were put forward to solve college students＇ management, making them become the high level talents for the modern society.关键词
