摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of orange peel tincture in Dianweisuan oral liquid. Methods The column was Diamonsil-Cμ column(250 mm x4.6 mm, 5 μm) ,the mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water(35: 4: 61) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL o min-1 ,the detective wavelength was set at 283 nm.the injection volume was 10 μL,column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of orange peel tincture was within 4.0 to 96.0 μg o mL-1 ,(r =0.9998). The recovery rate was 98.4% ,RSD = 1.14% (n =6). Conclusion The method was convenient,reproducible, and could be used for the content determination of orange peel tincture in Dianweisuan oral liquid.关键词
