不同处理对多浪羊生殖激素及繁殖性能的影响
Effects of Exogenous Hormones and Nutrition Levels on Reproductive Performance and Hormones in Dolang Sheep
摘要
Abstract
In order to find the effects of exogenous hormones and nutrition levels on reproductive performance and hormones in Dolang sheep,78 ewes were selected and divided into three groups. Control group was treated by traditional feeding system, group I was supplied with supplementary nutrients,group Ⅱ was treated with exogenous hormones (PRID+PMSG+HCG).Six serum reproductive hormones were determinated.The results showed that ,in group Ⅱ,the levels of FSH,LH,P4 increased and the estrous rate and lambing rate increased so high as to produce three lambs; in group Ⅰ, the levels of FSH, LH, P4 increased so as to increase the conception rate, lambing rate, twinning rate.关键词
