A Review of Novel Leakage Current Suppression Techniques for Transformerless Photovoltaic Inverters
摘要
Abstract
Leakage current suppression is one of the most important issues for transformer-less non-isolated grid connected photovoltaic systems.VDE-0126-1-1 specifies that the photovoltaic systems should be disconnected from the grid within 0.3 s in case the leakage current is higher than 300 mA.In order to clarify the origin of the leakage current,this paper provided the system common-mode model,based on which the reason for the leakage current generation was analyzed,and the impacts of different modulation schemes on the leakage current were discussed.In addition,some interesting topologies,which can achieve the leakage current suppression,were presented,and their operation principles and features were discussed.Finally,the development trends of the leakage current suppression techniques were predicted.关键词
