采用原子力显微镜表征羟基磷灰石的形貌
Study on Hydroxyapatite Measured by Atomic Force Microscope
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the morphology and structural evolution of synthetic hydroxyapatite particles during the sintering process, X ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscope (AFM) were used to characterize and analyze the morphology and size of hydroxyapatite particles in pressured samples sintered at different temperatures. The results show that the morphology and size of hydroxyapatite particles increase with the temperature and time, and it accords with the physical mechanism of particle growth.关键词
