一种微型光纤光谱仪的研制及其性能测试
Development and performance testing of portable fiber spectrometer

Abstract
A homemade miniature fiber optic spectrometer was reported. Based on the Czerny-Turner imaging system, the input light from the fiber was dispersed and imaged on the charge-coupled device (CCD). A field-programmable gate array (FPGA) was used to drive the CCD, deal with the data acquisition, and transmit the data to the personal computer (PC) through the universal serial bus (USB) 2. 0 interface. According to the USB-interface protocol and the data format, a set of spectrometer test software was finished. By using a mercury lamp as the test light source, the spectral characteristics of the spectrometer was tested and analyzed. The results show that the wavelength accuracy of the instrument is less than 0. 3 nm; and the spectral resolution of spectrometer is 1.1 nm with 30 μm wide slit.关键词
