摘要

Abstract

When analyzing a structure numerically for mechanical properties, it is difficult to imitate the discontinuity in some sections, such as joint surfaces. A new method which was based on the interface stress element was proposed. A bolted mechanical structure was taken for example to analyze numerically the interface element model which included characteristics of the joint surfaces. And the calculation results were compared with the test ones at the same time. The comparison shows that the interface stress element method can solve the problems of joint surfaces in mechanical structure correctly and has broad prospects in applications.
