摘要

Abstract

During the process of new transmission product quality inspection, location of the faults of transmission is hard and subjective by manual detection. To solve these problems, an online fault diagnosis system was designed and developed, which was based on the theory of order analysis. A general modeling method was proposed and fault features were extracted based on the theory of order analysis. High--dimensional feature vector was compressed by using GA algorithm in order to classify the faults effectively. A general modeling method was proposed in order to improve versatility of the system. The validity and the accuracy of the algorithm proposed herein were proved by applications in a transmission enterprise. The system can diagnose transmission's faults by operating mode and locate the fault position if the transmission has quality defects.
