Abstract
Objective: To explore the subjective well-being and the related factors of the medical personnel in Hebei province. Methods: A total of 429 medical personnel from Third Class A Hospitals in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province were tested by the Happiness Index Scale. Results: The subjective well-being of the medical personnel from provincial hospitals was higher than that of the medical personnel from municipal hospitals; The life satisfaction of the medical personnel who had the senior title was higher than those who had the primary or intermediate title; The overall affect index and the well-being index of the administrative personnel were significantly lower than other positions; The overall affect index of medical personnel with a master degree was significantly higher than those with an undergraduate degree or below. Conclusion: The hospital level, professional qualification, position and education background are related to the subjective well-being of the medical staff.关键词
