含草乌蒙成药嘎日迪-5味丸的临床安全性研究
The clinical safety study of mongolian medicine Garidi -5 pill containing Aconitum
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the safety of prescription dose on mongolian medicine Garidi - 5 pill containing Aconitum. Methods The 24 healthy volunteers were randomly divided into low, medium and high single - dose group and took the oral mongolian medicine Garidi - 5 pill 0. 4, 0. 6, 1. 2 g once a day, respectively. The volunteers in the continuous treatment group were given oral 0. 6 g once a day for 7 days. The vital signs, adverse drug reactions, urine and blood routine, ECG and blood biochemical parameters were recorded before and after experiment. Results The volunteers had no significant adverse reactions. The data of vital signs, ECG, urine and blood routine, liver and kidney function was normal. The number of white blood cells of 2 volunteers in medium dose group reduced at 24 hours after medication, and reincreased to normal range when reviewed. Conclusion The volunteers have good tolerance to mongolian medicine Garidi - 5 pill without any adverse events. Clinical prescribed doses at range of 0. 5g - 1.0 g is referenced.关键词
