摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining mi-cafungin concentration in human plasma. Methods The plasma samples were extracted by methanol. The separation was performed on CAPCELL PAK Cl column with mobile phase consisted of methanol - 10 mmol · L-1 CH3COONH4(57:43) at the flow rate of 0.2 mL · min-1, Results Determination of micafungin has good linearity in the 0. 2 -25. 0 μg · mL-1, lower limit of quantification is 0. 2 μg · mL-1. The in-tra - day deviation less than 4. 1% , inter - day deviation less than 5.0%. Conclusion The established HPLC method sensitive, fast, accurate and suitable for determination of micafungin in human plasma.关键词
