Abstract
Vitamin D is an essential fat -soluble vitamin, and it can be influenced by a number of factors, including UV radiation, dietary supplement, age , obesity, race and ethnic factor, and so on. Vitamin D deficiency is closely related to the occurrence of many diseases, including bone disease, cancer, autoimmune diseases and cardiovascular diseases, and so on. So it is of great significance to keep abreast of the body's vitamin D status and achieve the individual supplement of vitamin D. 关键词
