摘要
Abstract
Fenugreek (Trigogella foenum - graecum) has been extensively used as a source of antidiabetic and hypocholesterolemic compounds, from its seeds, leaves and extracts in different model systems. The antidiabetic constituents and mechanisms of fenugreek are not understood clearly. This paper reviewed the antidiabetic constituents of fenugreek with definite chemical structures in vitro and in vivo, as well as their mechanisms.关键词
