Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the aesthetic repair to front teeth using IPSe.max press porcelain veneer,in order to provide the basic data for the application and improvement of the technique of the aesthetic repair to front teeth using IPSe.max press porcelain veneer. Methods Using IPS e.max press porcelain veneer.we repaired 56 front teeth of 12 patients,and evaluated the clinical effectiveness of the aesthetic repair according to the improved evaluation criterion of Ryge by means of 2 years follow-up examination. Results All the 56 front teeth have been repaired well,appeared an integrated dental prosthetic restoration of porcelain veneer without any amotic.The veneers were matched well with adjacent teeth in color and brightness and had good marginal compatibility after bonding to the teeth,and the gum were healthy.There are 6 front teeth occurred the dentine sensitiveness within 1 week, and the dentine sensitiveness of 5 teeth among them disappeared in the recheck 6 months later and 1 tooth recovered in 1 year. Conclusion It's an ideal aesthetic repair method to use IPSe.max press porcelain veneer repairing the front teeth,has a satisfactory cilinal effectiveness, and can meet the aesthetic demands of the patients.关键词
