摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the methods and outcome of the application of operational laparoscopy with single-incision for excision of large subcutaneous lipoma. Methods Under tumescent anesthesia, to totally remove large subcutaneous lipoma by operational laparoscopy assisted with liposuction and a 1.0cm incision. Results Of 13 patients with this operation, all the cases were followed up 10-18 months.There was no recurrence or any complication. Both doctors and patients were satisfied with the post-operative outcome. Conclusions The method of excision for large subcutaneous lipoma through operational laparoscopy is effective.safe and mini -invasive.lt will be some value for clinical application.关键词
