摘要
Abstract
Objective The aim of this study is to compare the efficacy of different removal methods after operation of breast augmentation by polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) injection. Methods 60 patients with complication were divided into in the aspiration group (n=20) and opening dislodgment group (n=40) in our hospital during 2000 from 2010, and the patients were given open external inferior of breast to aspirate PAHG and open mammary areola to removal PAHG respectively. All patients was underwent magnetic resonance examination, and postoperative follow-up of 3 to 6 months was used to evaluate the curative effect. Results 18 cases were followed up in aspiration group, which 14 cases with obvious residual PAHG and 4 cases with few residual PAHG. 39 cases were followed up in opening dislodgment group, which 1 case with obvious residual PAHG and 38 cases with few residual PAHG. The difference between groups has statistical significance (<x2 =35.931, P=0.001). Conclusions The removal method under direct vision has good effect after operation of breast augmentation with injected with PAHG.关键词
