摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the experiences of septo-rhinoplasty and explore an effective surgery method to improve the cliniacl efficacy in treating septal deviation with type C deviated nose. Methods 13 patients of type C deciated nose were selected. All the patients undertook the combined septo-rhinoplasty through an open approach. Results 13 cases healed primarily. They were all satisfied with well nasal shape and nasal airway function without complications after 3-12 months follow-up. Conclusion Combined septo-rhinoplasty should be an appropriate surgery for the deformity of septal deviation with type C deviated nose, and can improve the nasal airway function.关键词
