便秘模型小鼠皮肤老化的观察
The observation of skin aging on the constipated model mice

Abstract
Objective It is to observe skin aging on the constipated model mice and to provide experimental models for the study on gui-jing Chinese drugs. Methods The mice of blank group are given ultrapure water with every day, while constipated model group are given 1.5 ml intragastric administration in sequence as follows: the ultra-pure water (20ml/ kg-d), diphenoxylate (10ml/ kg-d), ultra-pure water (to add the remaining amount),an interval of 3 hours every day, continuously for 42 days to establish the subacute aged models. Whether the constipated model was induced were diagnozed by the rate of small inetstine ink propelling test, water ratio of big inetstine and skin. Simultaneously the changes of activity of SOD and the content of Hyp in mice's serum, skin & lung tissue, the content of HA in skin.optical microscopic examination of the skin tissue are tested. Results Compared with the blank group, index on the constipated model group show remarkably different (P<0.01). The effect on intestinal peristalsis remarkably decrease (P<0.01).The SOD activity in mice's serum.skin and lung tissue, the Hyp content and the HA content of skin tissue, water . Ratio of big inetstine and skin, also remarkably decrease (P<0.01). Under the microscope, it is found that skin become thinner, and the amount of collagenous fibers in dermal significantly decrease. Conclusion The constipation cause skin aging, but also promote an increasingly skin aging process.The decrease of the level of free radicals' scavenging and the decrease of the HA content in skin,are likely to be one of pathological mechanisms of poor cutis and watery impairent on skin performance with the compound model mice.关键词
