摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with collagen dressing in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addicive dermatitis. Methods 105 cases with facial corticosteroid addicive dermatitis were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in the treatment group and the control group were given levocetirizine 5mg once daily and compound glycyrrhizin 50mg three times a day. At the same time, the patients in the treatment group were given collagen dressing one piece every night for 4 weekes. Then, the dosage was reduced to one piece every other night for 8 weeks. Results The response rates were 90.74% and 64.71% respectively. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.No significant adverse events were found. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with collagen dressing is effective and safe in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addicive dermatitis.关键词
