Nerve-sparing laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection for nonseminomatous germ cell tumor
目的 探讨腹腔镜下腹膜后淋巴结清扫术治疗非精原细胞肿瘤的安全有效性.方法 3例非精原细胞瘤患者临床分期:Ⅰ期2例,Ⅱa期1例.根治性睾丸切除术后2～4周行腹腔镜腹膜后淋巴结清扫术,记录手术时间、术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间、总住院时间和手术并发症等,监测血清肿瘤标志物,并进行随访.结果 3例手术均顺刺完成.手术时间(160±40 )min,术中出血量(300±50)mL,术后肠功能恢复时间(30±12)h,总住院时间(8 5±2.5)d.未出现肠管…查看全部>>
