经皮肾镜联合超声碎石清石系统治疗胆管结石的临床应用研究
The clinical application of percutaneous nephroscopy combined swiss lithoclast master for biliary calculi
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss the application value of percutaneous nephroscopy combined Swiss Litho Clast Master in the treatment of biliary calculi. [Methods] From Dec 2007 to April 2011, the total 156 cases treated by percutaneous nephroscopy combined with Swiss Utho Clast Master were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Out of 156, 131 cases (84.0%) removed of all calculi, 25 cases removed of the most of the residual calculi, the success rate was 100%. After operation, there were 3 diarrhea cases and 12 fever cases without severe complication such as shock, biliary tract fistula and rupture. [Conclusions] The novel treatment of percutaneous nephroseopy combined with Swiss Litho Clast Master on biliary calculi shows many advantages, such as shorten operative time, decreased the probability of bleeding and infection and so on. This novel therapy provide a new choice for biliary calculi.关键词
