Abstract
[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic treatment of knee stiffness. [ Methods ] 116 cases of knee stiffness in patients received releasing treatment, 62 cases of knee stiffness in patients with fibrous extension position received excision of synovial and fibronection tissue under arthroscope via the knee before the mirror, the former outside the standard approach, full release contracture, postoperative analgesia following in early stage rehabilitation, Ly-sholm for assessment of knee function score; adhesions in 54 cases of stiff knee treated with arthroscopic complete removal of scar full release contracture of tissue, early postoperative rehabilitation. [Results] 116 patients were satisfied with treatment, after postoperative follow-up, contact the treatment recovery after the knee to 120-135 degrees, average of 87 degrees. No skin necrosis, infection and other anomalies occur. [ Conclusions ] Arthroscopic treatment of knee stiffness assisted release has the advantages of simplicity,safety, excellent effect and few complications.关键词
