导师团队联合培养风景园林硕士模式的探讨
Study on Tutor Team Joint Training Mode for the Master of Landscape Architecture
摘要
Abstract
The MLA Program aims at cultivating applied and compound talents. According to this feature, the development of a multi-tutor mode for cultivating postgraduate students is beneficial to fostering the students' innovation ability and enhancing their professionalism. It means to develop a training program according to the demand of knowledge structure for landscape architecture masters and to organize supervisor teams made up of teachers with muhi-academy and interdisciplinary background. Through the measures such as perfecting the management system and holding academic exchanges regularly, a healthy development of the training mode is guaranteed.关键词
