摘要
Abstract
Cultivating the fine ethics of teachers is not only an eternal theme of education, but also an important guarantee for promoting the quality of tertiary personnel training and enhancing the influence and power of the college and university. Thus, strengthening the college and university teachers＇ professional ethics is the basis of advancing the moral and ethical level of the college and university teachers as well as a foundation for the teachers＇ self-development. This paper discussed the importance of strengthening the college and university teachers＇ professional ethics from the three aspects： the current social development needs, the students＇ growth needs and the college and university teachers＇ self-improvement needs.关键词
