The Construction of State-level Characteristic Specialty of Food Quality and Safety
摘要
Abstract
Through the analysis of the present situation of food quality and safety major education in China and the problems existing in its development, a new personnel training scheme was put forward during the construction of state-level characteristic specialty of food quality and safety in Hebei University of Science & Technology. In the new scheme, an exploration was conducted on the optimization of curriculum system, integration of curriculum content, improving teaching methods, strengthening personalization education, establishing student tutorial system, perfecting second classroom teaching, constructing an incremental practice teaching system and amalgamating production, education and research. Therefore, the students' individual characters were developed in an all-round way, and their ability of practice and innovation was enhanced notably.关键词
