心力衰竭治疗前后心肌酶和肌钙蛋白T及C反应蛋白水平变化分析
Comparative Analysis of Changes of Cardiac Enzymes,Troponin T,C-Reactive Protein before and after Treatment of Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
To explore the changes of cardiac enzymes, troponin T, C - reactive protein before and after-treatment of heart failure ( HF ) to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Sixty HF patients ( treatment group ) were given combination therapy, and the changes of CRP, CK - MB , cTnT determined before and after treatment. Sixty healthy subjects were enrolled as control group. Results After treatment, the CPR level of treatment group recovered to fiducial value of control group. The levels of cTnT, CK - MB increased significantly as compared with pre - treatment ( P < 0. 05 ), but still higher than fiducial value of control group ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Determination of CRP, cTnT, CK -MB levels helps to evaluate dynamically patients' condition and clinical therapeutic effect in HF patients.关键词
