Abstract
Vertigo is a common clinical symptom, which involves otolaryngology, neurology, internal medicine and other fields, covering severe diseases such as acute cerebral vascular accident. Reasonable and effective interrogation, physical and laboratory examination, clear and logical thinking is the key to the diagnosis and treatment of vertigo in emergency dept.关键词
