中山市持证听力残疾人群调查分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution by age, disability level, areas and etiology among the registered hearing-impaired people in the city of Zhongshan and to provide reference for the development of related rehabilitation strategies. Methods The data of registered hearing-impaired people in the database were statistically analyzed to study the distribution characteristics. Results There were 695 registered people with hearing disabilities, accounting for 4.18% of the total disabled. Among these people, the 41-65-year-old group accounted for 42.01%, 15-40 group 27.48%, 65 or above 21.15% and 3-14 group 9.35%. The people with Grade I disability accounted for 72 .30% in the 3-14-year-old group, 49.73% in the 15-40 group,45.89% in the 41-65 group and 34.69% in the 65 or above group. The most common cause of hearing impairment was presbycusis. There were more registered hearing-impaired people in rural areas than urban areas. Conclusion Only a small part of people with hearing disabilities were registered. The hearing protection and intervention for middle and old-aged people must be attached to great importance.关键词
