Abstract
To Chinese ring-necked pheasants as material, using PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing technology to study A-FABP gene polymorphism and analyzing with the carcass traits and intramuscular fat relevance. The results of one polymorphic site was detected, the locus polymorphism as a moderate, in 1106 bp there was lack of base A, AA,AB genotypes in live weight and carcass weight was significantly higher than BB genetic genotype, and intramuscular fat content was not significant. AA genotype for the advantage of weight, A gene for the advantage.关键词
