Abstract
The study of genomics of lactic acid bacteria were conductive to reveal the genetic and metabolic mechanism of the lactic acid bacteria, making full use of potential applications. The basic features, metabolic characteristics, key functional genes, comparative genomics were reviewed in this paper.关键词
