摘要
Abstract
Leptin is a protein hormone secreted from white fat cells, the amount of animal feed and energy balance regulation has a significant role. In addition,a growing number of studies have shown that leptin on the reproductive system also has an important role in the regulation. By going through the JAK-STAT pathway and having interaction with KiSS-l/GPR54 system, leptin have a wide-ranging impact on the animals start puberty, the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis,the placenta and uterus.关键词
