Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Fusion Protein Gene of Canine Distemper Virus Isolated from Guizhou

Abstract
Two pairs of primers were designed and synthesized based on the sequence of the Onderstepoort strain of canine distemper virus reported in GenBank, and the F gene was amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) from CDV-GZ1 strain. The amplified fragment was cloned and analyzed. The results showed that the length of CDV-GZ1 F gene was 1989 bp. It contained five potential N-glycosylation locations based on the derived amino acid sequences. The homology of coding amino acid between this strain and American 00-2601 and domestic HL strain was 91. 6% and 91. 1% respectively, it showed that they had common ancestor.关键词
