摘要
Abstract
An isolate of Bacillus licheniformis was isolated from intestine of health AA broiler, and identified by colonial morphology, culture characteristic, biochemistry reaction, 16S rRNA sequencing analysis, study on the security of the isolate and its effect on immune organs of chickens. The results showed that the isolate was Bacillus licheniformis, named BL-C. The isolate had no pathogenicity on AA chickens, and could significantly accelerate its growth, promoting the development of immune organs of chicks. The study provided theoretical basis for its further application in animal breeding.关键词
