全国各省基本药物集中招标采购实施方案比较研究
Comparative Study on Essential Drug Centralized Bidding Purchase Plans of Provinces in China
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide suggestions and reference for perfecting essential drug centralized bidding purchase plan in China. METHODS: Essential drug centralized bidding purchase plans were collected from provincial general office, healthy department, drug centralized trading and supervision platform, others official institution and website, and analyzed and studied comparatively. RESULTS: There were great differences in those plans among different provinces such as the bidding period, the discrimination of drug's quality, the way of bidding and bargaining, the amount of bidding manufacturer, application of variance ratio price rule. CONCLUSION: Our government should modify and prefect essential drug centralized bidding purchase plan, prolong the bidding period, cancel the discrimination of drug's quality, regulate the way of bidding and bargaining, lead-in the bidding price to variance ratio and provide bidding results for public hospital.关键词
