Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To promote full improvement of online drag procurement sunshine project in Guangdong province. METHODS: The problems appeared in implementation process of medicine procurement sunshine project in Guangdong province was analyzed and made suggestions. RESULTS & CONCLUSONS: The problems, including the pricing mechanism for hospital drug, the tender "to put lowest price-seeking first", division-level of drug quality, cumbersome tender procedures, too much drugs specifications and the difficulty of hospital cash collection, were analyzed, Some proposal were put forwards, such as separation of dispensing from medicine, establishing reasonable rules of bidding price, developing comprehensive quantitative evaluation of drug quality standards and reducing the number of bidding drugs, strengthening the supervision of medical institutions for improvement Drug procurement sunshine project in Guangdong province achieves initial success. There still are many defects, so we must vigorously improve to make it become an item of sunlight project which can really alleviate "difficultly and high cost of getting medical service"关键词
