Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To explore the characteristics and related factors of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by shuanghuanglian so as to provide references for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS: ADR induced by shuanghuanglian reported in domestic medical journals during 1994-2011 were retrieved and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: ADR induced by shuanghuanglian had been manifested by muscular system, followed by digestive system, dermal and nervous system, etc. CONCLUSION: The rational use of shuanghuanglian should be emphasized to avoid and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
