Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the implementation of national essential drug system. METHODS: The varieties, sales and application of antibiotics in 45 primary hospitals in 2010 were analyzed statistically. To investigate the effects of essential drug system on the application of antibiotics in'primary hospitals in Hefei. RESULTS: The proportion of drug income in total income was (19.5 + 6.7)% in primary hospitals where essential drug system had been implemented and (45,3 + 19.9)% in hospitals where essential drug system hadn' t been adopted. The amounts of out-patient prescription were (23.85 ± 9.83) yuan and (50.40 ± 26.60) yuan, respectively. The DDDs of oral dosage fonn were 73.4% and 61.6% , respectively. The proportions of the DDDs of macrolides were 14.2% and 5.3%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The implementation of essential drugs system is conducive to the rational use of antibiotics.关键词
