Abstract
OBJECTIVE; To investigate effective, rational, convenient and economic program of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in cesarean section. METHODS: 170 cases of cesarean section in 2 hospitals were given two kinds of drug regimens, among which 85 cases of pregnant women from Morocco Rachidia Provincial Hospital as group Ⅰ were given ampicillin 2.0 g i.v. gtt after cutting off the umbilical cord during operation, and given ampicillin 1.0 g i.v. gtt, q6h, 4 times after operation; 85 cases of pregnant women from Shanghai Changning District Central Hospital as group Ⅱ were given cefazolin 1.0 g i.v. gtt 30 min before operation and cefazolin 1.0 g i.v. gtt, ql2h for consecutive 3 d after operation. The postoperative fever, postoperative puerperal morbidity, postoperative wound healing, postpartum recovery and the effect of infection prevention were compared between two groups. RESULTS: Group Ⅰ showed small amount of antibiotics used, short medication time and rapid postoperative recovery, and the effect of infection prevention was the same as group Ⅱ. CONCLUSION: The regimen of group Ⅰ is better than group Ⅱ.关键词
