摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss and summarize the necessary knowledge, focus and experiences when clinical pharmacists take part in the ward round in cardiovascular department of our hospital. METHODS; Several examples on important issues clinical pharmacists concerned were analyzed, such as rational drug use, drug interaction, adverse drug reactions, use of antibiotics. RE-SULTS&CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacists participating in ward round could improve medical quality. Clinical pharmacists should hold the opportunity and greet the challenge, improve pharmaceutical and medical professional level to provide high quality and brand new pharmaceutical care for medical staffs and patients.关键词
