Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To communicate approaches and ideas of clinical pharmacist consultation related to adverse drug reaction (ADR) and to promote this work. METHODS: 3 representative cases of clinical pharmacist consultation related to ADR were introduced, including case reasons, medical report analysis, summary of analysis, clinical pharmacist suggestion and outcome. RE-SULTS&CONCLUSION: It is difficult and complicated to carry out clinical consultation associated with ADR for pharmacists. Large quantities of knowledge were needed. Moreover, clinical pharmacist should be good at clinical and logical thinking, hi consultation, clinical pharmacist judge whether the abnormal symptom and harmfulness in patient was due to disease or not, and then analyze drugs related to them. Eventually suggestions are given after summarizing results of disease and drug use analysis.关键词
