Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Shengma gegen granules. METHODS: Using the content of puerarin and extract rate as evaluation index, and amount of added water, extraction time and extraction time as factors, orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction technology of Shengma gegen granules. RESULTS: The extraction technology was as follows: 10-fold water, extracting for 2 times, lasting 2 hours each time. CONCLUSION: Optimized process is simple and feasible, and it can be used for the extraction of Shengma gegen granules.关键词
