Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for quality control for Tiaogan zhitong capsules. METHODS: TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Paeonia lactiflora, Citrus aurantium, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Mynha. HPLC was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin. RESULTS: TLC spots were clear and well-separated without negative interference. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.115～1.150μg (r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 100.74% (RSD=1.34% ,n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple and feasible. It can be used for the quality control of Tiaogan zhitong capsules.关键词
