Abstract
Major depressive disorder ( MDD ) is a common psychiatric disorder. With the growing social pressure, incidence of this disease has been rising gradually. Early studies have proved that neurotransmitters ( serotonin, noradrenaline etc ) disorder in brain is the key factor of MDD. At present, the close relationship between votage-dependent potassium channel, two pore domain potassium channel and MDD has been discovered. The aim
of this paper is to review the recent progress of research in MDD and potassium channels, and provide new views in the drug development of antidepressant.关键词
