心肌缺血模型的制作方法研究进展
Progress in preparation methodology of animal models of myocardial ischemia
摘要
Abstract
Myocardial ischemia is a pathological state of heart not working properly caused by the reduction of cardiac blood perfusion,which leads to the decrease of the heart's oxygen supply and the abnormality of the myocardial energy metabolism. The replication of animal models of myocardial ischemia is one of the key technologies of rehabilitation mechanisms of cardiovascular disease. The establishment of appropriate animal models not only provides important information for the pathogenesis of the disease and pathophysiological changes, but more importantly,promotes the development of new drugs and the progress of clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper provides a comprehensive summary of the recent myocardial ischemia models including acute, chronic, controllable and myocardial ischemia in vitro and a guidance on the replication and selection of the disease model.关键词
