Abstract
Objective: To discuss the method for quality control of X-ray digital radiography (DR) and improvement of the image quality. Methods: Four DR machines were detected with detecting phantom and detecting equipment of quality control. Results: The density resolution of the four machines which were detected could achieve grade 7. Low contrast resolution test showed two machines could display the holes with the diameter of 0.5mm, and the other two could display the holes with the diameter of 0.3mm. In 100 grade aluminum ladder test, 100 grade could be distinguished by two machines, while 86 grade could be distinguished by one machine, and 95 grade could be distinguished by another machine. Spatial resolution of the four machines could reached 3.6LP/mnl respectively, and the light field deviations were less than 2%. The image quality was improved significantly after quality control of the DR machines was carried out, and more than 90% of thg images were excellent. Conclusion: Comprehensive quality control includes the equipment and personnel's standardized operations, so that the excellent and stable image quality can be guaranteed and the life of DR machines can be prolonged.关键词
