摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the inhibiting effect of lotus heart extract on 5a - reductase. Methods The UV spectrophotometer was used to establish the in vitro screening model of the drug. Results The lotus heart extract had the inhibiting effect on 5a - reductase. The quantity of effect was equal to the positive drug with certain concentration. Conclusion The lotus heart extract has certain application prospect for treating prostatic hyperplasia in clinic.关键词
