摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the compatible stability of Tanreqing Injection admixed with cefoperazone sodium for injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Methods The content of the mixture in 0.9% sodium chloride injection at different time points were determined by UV spectrophotometry. Meanwhile, the changes of appearance, particles and pH value of the solution were observed at the room temperature(25 ℃ )within 6 h. Results No significant differences were noted in the content,appearance and pH value for the compatible solution within 6 h at room temperature. Conclusion The mixture of Tanreqing Injection and cefoperazone sodium for injection in 0. 9% sodium chloride injection can be mixed to use within 6 h under the room temperature.关键词
