Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determining chrysophanol in Dabaidu Capsules. Methods The HPLC method was adopted. The Scienhome C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used at the column temperature of 30℃.The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (80 : 20) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 254 run. Results The method displayed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 04 - 1. 00 μg for chrysophanol, the regression equation was y = 9.671× + 3.258 (r = 0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 98.19% with RSD of 1.01% ( n =9). Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate, repeatable and suitable for the determination of chrysophanol in Dabaidu Capsules.关键词
