Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of 290 cases tracheotomy pulmonary infection after severe head injury. Methods 580 patients with tracheotomy pulmonary infection after severe head injury in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2011 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group had 290 cases, according to the results of antimicrobial susceptibility test, control group selected intravenous antibiotics sensitive for treatment, the treatment group treated with Tanreqing intravenous infusion once a day based on the control group. The treatment lasted 14 days, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 53. 45%, total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.48%, the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher, the difference had statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups had not apparent adverse reactions. Conclusion Tanreqing injection in the treatment of tracheotomy pulmonary infection after severe head injury is safe and effective, which can be used in clinical practice.关键词
