摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of oridonin on the activities of rabbit' s intestinal smooth muscle. Methods With the tensility of intestinal smooth muscle as the index,the changes of contractibility of the intestinal smooth muscle were observed. The effects after administration of the same dosage of the crude extract aqueous solution of oridonin, acetylcholine, atropine sulfate and neostigmine were compared and the effects after administration of different dosages of oridonin were also compared subsequently. Results Obvious effects of oridonin on the contractibility of the intestinal smooth muscle were not observed. Conclusion Intestinal smooth muscle is not sensitive to oridonin,which may provide the reliable basis for the clinical application of oridonin.关键词
